Agnieszka Spodzieja

Specialization: waste management, circular economy

A graduate of the Gdańsk University of Technology in the interdisciplinary field of Environmental Protection and Management.
She also completed post-graduate studies in New Technologies in Waste Management and in Environmental Quality Management Systems at the Gdańsk University of Technology.
For many years, she had been associated with a waste management plant, where, as a member of the Project Implementation Unit (Project Manager), she was involved in plant construction with the funding contribution from ISPA/NFOŚiGW, and then she continued as a manager in charge of the environmental protection, sales and marketing for a long period of her professional career.


Since 2012, she has been associated with the private sector, dealing with industry consulting, preparation of documentation, environmental education and the sale of technologies and devices for waste management from such international companies as W.L..GORE & Associates GmbH, ProfiKomp, Vecoplan AG. A project manager and technologist in a few ongoing investments. Project Manager in the completed B&R project “Development of Small-Scale, Automated Membrane-Covered Composting Technologies”.
In June 2020, she joined the group of BOŚ Bank Ecologists.
She has 20 years of industry experience in a broad area of environmental protection, especially waste management, including biological waste treatment, including experience in the implementation of environmental investments, as well as in the field of zero waste and circular economy.
She has been an active participant and speaker at numerous domestic and international conferences in the field of waste management.
